Irwin van Stavel has spent 25 years doing one thing exceptionally well: closing the distance between potential and performance. As a strategic advisor, he has worked alongside Boards, C-Suite executives, and their leadership teams across Africa — helping organisations define their purpose, codify their culture, and build the human ecosystems that enable sustained high performance.

Irwin began his career as an Educator, shaping young minds and then, at 26, he co-founded his first start-up business — an early lesson in the power of purpose-driven entrepreneurship. He went on to hold various executive and director positions across South Africa, the continent, and internationally. For over 22 years, he served as Managing Director, Chief Revenue Officer, and Senior Partner at LRMG, where he led the integration of multiple companies into the Group and guided an extraordinary growth in company value. Under his leadership, LRMG was consistently recognised with Reseller Partner of the Year awards by leading global learning and technology brands.
